At NoSugar Vintage, we prioritize delivering your order quickly and securely. Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders, and international shipping is available for a flat rate of $25. We process and ship all orders within 2-7 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Custom Duties and Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the flat shipping rate and may be assessed by local customs authorities upon the package’s arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on these potential charges before placing your order.

 

Shipping Delays: Although we strive to meet our shipping timelines, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Damage or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or you believe it may be lost, please contact us within 2 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. For damaged items, provide photos of the packaging and the item. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order. 

*Please be aware that reports of damaged or lost items made after 2 days of delivery or the expected delivery date may not be eligible for customer support. Additionally, for any damage claims, the security tag on the item must remain intact and not be removed. Claims for items with removed security tags will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibilities: To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. Additionally, all packages are signature required, as this helps prevent issues such as theft or delivery errors.
